Stop juggling 3 apps for 1 body

One AI coach for strength and endurance. One plan built around your events and your week.

HYROX in March. Trail race in June. Triathlon in August. Coach Al builds one periodized plan for strength, running, cycling and swimming, checks your HRV, resting heart rate and sleep each morning, and rebuilds next week from what you actually did. Automatic daily adjustments are coming.

Coach Al app mockup

Sound familiar?

You've tried the apps. Here's what keeps going wrong.

Three apps, one body

Your cycling app doesn't know you did squats yesterday. Your running app doesn't know you race in 15 days. You're the only one connecting the dots.

Miss 5 days? Plan doesn't care.

You get sick. The plan picks up where you "should" be, not where you actually are. Static plans punish real life.

47 metrics. Zero answers.

Your watch says you're tired. Great. Now what? CTL, ATL, TSB, HRV — none of it tells you what to do today.

15 hours a week? Not your life.

Most plans assume you can train like a pro. You have a job, kids, and 7–10 hours at best. Where's the plan that fits?

How Coach Al works

Three steps. One plan. Strength, running, cycling and swimming.

1

Add your events

HYROX in March, trail race in June, triathlon in August? Add up to three main goals plus smaller events. Coach Al phases your training backward from each date, across sports, in one plan — around your weekly hours and fixed commitments.

2

Connect your watch

Garmin today. Coach Al reads your activities, HRV, resting heart rate and sleep duration — plus a 10-second check-in. Apple Watch, Polar, Wahoo and others are coming once we've checked their data.

3

Wake up. See today's session — and why.

One screen: today's session, why it's in your plan, and how your HRV, resting heart rate and sleep compare to your own normal range. Not feeling it? Make it easier in one tap.

Same day, different morning

Goal: raise your threshold

4 h sleep · HRV below your normal range

Several signals are off — consider an easier day.

One tap on Make it easier: Easy Run · 40 min, zone 2.

Today, Coach Al shows the signals and a simple hint — you decide. Coming next: automatic daily adjustments, with the reason for every change.

Training guidance, not medical advice.

Built by an athlete, for athletes

Eduard, 40 — Father of four. Full-time job. University lecturer. In 2026 he trained 8–10 hours a week for 5 events across 5 sports and found no app that planned them together. So he's building Coach Al.

FAQ

What about Garmin Coach? It's free.

If it covers what you need, use it. Coach Al is for athletes who train strength and endurance together and have more than one goal: one plan for strength, running, cycling and swimming, built backward from all your events and around the hours you actually have.

Does this replace a human coach?

No. Coach Al is for athletes who can't afford a coach or don't have time to plan themselves. It plans your training from your goals and your data and explains every session. It doesn't check your technique, and it doesn't give medical advice.

How does Coach Al use my recovery data?

Every morning Coach Al compares your HRV, resting heart rate and sleep with your own normal range and adds your 10-second check-in. It shows a simple hint and the signals behind it; you can make today easier in one tap. Every week it rebuilds next week from what you actually did. Coming next: automatic daily adjustments, so a missed hard session gets moved instead of lost.
